We build custom artificial olive trees for restaurants and dining rooms — 2–6 m specimens, NFPA 701 fire-retardant as standard, engineered per project. Restaurant trees frame the dining experience and have to survive a kitchen environment without dropping leaves on the plates below. We build wipe-clean, fire-rated specimens specified to the room.
