Craftsmanship & Quality Control, Stage by Stage
“How do we know the trees we approve on screen are the trees that arrive on site?”
Quality control runs through the entire process, from trunk finishing to the final inspection before packing. Trunks are hand-finished with layered texture and colour variation for a natural bark appearance; branches are individually shaped and foliage arranged by hand for natural density and movement.
In-process checks happen at frame building, trunk finishing and foliage assembly, and every tree is fully assembled and inspected at the factory before crating — with production photos shared at each checkpoint and full-assembly photos provided before the crate is closed.
