Four things: (1) tree species or a reference photo, (2) required height and quantity, (3) indoor or outdoor installation, and (4) destination port. If you only have a sketch or a mood board, that is enough to start — we will ask the engineering questions.
Yes. Our Dongguan factory and showroom (8,500+ m²) welcome visits by appointment, and we can ship physical foliage and trunk samples ahead of a project commitment so you can verify colour and texture against your scheme.
Yes. We supply hotel and hospitality procurement teams, mall and property developers, landscape architects, interior design studios, and importers/distributors. Distributor and wholesale programmes include catalogue support and project-specific pricing.
Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading, and we quote FOB, CIF or DDP depending on the destination. Every order ships with a CBM packing plan and full export documentation.
Yes. Approved drawings, CAD files and anchoring details are issued for every custom build, and our engineers support on-site installation either remotely or on site for large atrium and streetscape projects.
