This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else is involved. It covers this website only — not the separate terms of any supply contract.

Who we are
Pure Faux Flora ("we", "us") is a manufacturer of commercial artificial trees. For any privacy question, including access, correction or deletion requests, write to jerry@purefauxflora.com.
What we collect
This is a business-to-business catalogue. There are no user accounts, no login and no online payment, so we do not hold customer account records. We only receive information you choose to send us:
- Enquiry details you type into a quote (RFQ) form: your name, company, business email, WhatsApp number if you provide one, tree specifications, destination port and project description.
- Message content you send by email or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data generated by our hosting provider when a page is served, such as IP address, user agent and timestamp, used to deliver the site and to detect abuse.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, issue drawings or samples, arrange production and shipping, and keep the commercial records we are required to keep. We do not sell, rent or share your details for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
Cookies and local storage
The site works without cookies. Two small client-side items exist purely to remember your language choice:
googtrans— set only when you pick a language other than English, so the selected language survives a page reload.pff_lang— a local storage entry holding the same preference.
Both are stored in your own browser, can be cleared at any time from your browser settings, and are not used to identify or profile you. We run no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Third-party services
Three outside services are involved in running this site, each with its own privacy policy:
- Formspree — processes quote-form submissions and forwards them to our business inbox.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and serves it through its content delivery network.
- Google Translate — used only if you switch to another language; in that case your browser requests the translation from Google, and Google may receive the page content and your IP address.
Because these providers operate globally, information may be processed outside your country of residence.
How long we keep it
Quotation and project correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve the commercial relationship and to meet accounting, customs and tax obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted on request.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email jerry@purefauxflora.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with statutory data-protection rights, we will honour those rights as applicable.
Children
This is a business site for professional buyers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be noted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
