Project Background

We inspect foliage colour, bark finish, trunk straightness and section fit before anything is crated. Buyers are welcome to audit the factory in person, and the same checklist applies whether the order is one tree or forty.

Client Challenge

Colour mismatch across a batch is the defect buyers complain about most often, because it is visible the moment the trees are installed and cannot be fixed without replacing foliage panels.

Solution

Foliage is batched to a master colour reference before assembly, and each tree is checked against the previous tree in the same order. The inspection sheet records what was checked so your site team can rely on it.
