LOGISTICS CAPABILITY

Export Packing and Container Loading

Project Background

Artificial trees ship as break-down sections, not as whole trees. Getting the section count, the packing method and the container plan right is what separates a clean arrival from a damaged consignment — and it is decided before the tree is built.

Client Challenge

Oversized trees do not fit a standard container, and a mis-planned load wastes the freight budget or arrives with crushed canopies. Buyers also need assembly drawings on site, because a 9-metre tree arrives as separate sections that must be assembled.

Solution

We measure the finished tree, then produce a container map showing which sections travel in which container and in what order. The packing list and assembly drawing ship with the consignment so your installer can reassemble it on site.
